Appointed by the Italian supercar giants Northern Europe Head Office to produce some designs for the site to study their space efficiency. Over the last 5 years working together we have run a series of feasibility options based on the footprint of the current building and potential new sites to house their UK operations. The examples shown reflect the feasibility studies carried out which included the survey and draw up of potential new sites, key member interviews and site meetings to produce an effective design brief, then applying the detail to create a finish that is worthy of the name.

Also shown is a recent project to re-locate an exterior workshop into the head office building. The Planning Office worked alongside the management team to produce detailed designs and oversee the project to completion by appointing contractors and providing a QS and Project Management through to a succsessful conclusion.
